Delivery
Orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers.
Free shipping on all orders over R1200.
Standard delivery is R110 and takes approximately 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may be longer for remote areas. Deliveries take place on working days only.
You will receive email updates with tracking information once your order has been processed.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Beauty and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
